After more than two decades of dedicated service, Dissinger will bring his remarkable career with Kinedyne to a close, effective February 2, 2024.
Dissinger started his journey with Kinedyne in 2003 as an Account Executive covering the Eastern Sales Region of the United States. Due to his exceptional industry knowledge and outstanding sales performance, he was promoted to Director-Sales, US Cargo in 2012. Throughout his tenure, Dissinger has been an indispensable asset, steering his sales team to numerous accomplishments, especially during the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Beyond his role as Director-Sales, US Cargo, Dissinger has been a pivotal force, offering vital support and guidance across multiple departments at Kinedyne. His enduring impact is evident in the successful transition of the customer service team from Lawrence, Kansas to the Company's US headquarters in Prattville, Alabama.
Kinedyne extends appreciation to Dissinger for his unwavering dedication and substantial contributions and wishes him a fulfilling and enjoyable retirement.
In alignment with Kinedyne's commitment to strategic growth and excellence, the Company is delighted to announce the appointment of Jim White as the new Director-Sales, US Cargo for Kinedyne’s Cargo Segment in the United States. Boasting an extensive background in both the military and private sectors, including nearly two decades with one of Kinedyne’s esteemed partners, White is poised to seamlessly transition into this role and elevate the US Cargo sales and sales support team to successfully deliver on the Company’s strategic objectives.
White brings to Kinedyne over 8 years of dedicated service in the United States Army as an Intelligence Specialist, followed by decades of successful roles in notable organizations such as Meritor and Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company. He joined Kinedyne in 2022 as the Government Business Development Manager for the Kinedyne Defend™ Brand of military and government solutions. Drawing upon his substantial background and expertise gained from his previous roles in relevant industries, White was promoted to Director-Government Business Development for Kinedyne’s Military and Government Segment.
As the Director-Sales, US Cargo, White will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, nurturing key customer relationships, and guiding the sales team to exceed newly elevated performance targets. With strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the commercial vehicle and related transportation industries, White is the ideal candidate to lead Kinedyne’s sales efforts.
