The Low-Profile Undermount Weld-On Winch with a working load limit of 6,670 Lbs. / 3,025 Kgs. can be mounted on the bottom of your flatbed or other vehicle to give you a very convenient, sturdy, and reliable anchor point to help you tie down your valuable cargo. When it comes to tie down jobs, we know exactly how to keep your load steady and secure.

Our Low-Profile Undermount Weld-On Winch is engineered for durability. When combined with our winch strap and winch bar, it will function in any type of weather and will reliably secure nearly any kind of load every time. If it's cold out, you don't have to remove your gloves to operate this winch's thumb pawl, which allows for easier access to locking or unlocking the winch's sprocket.

This winch is designed to accommodate up to 4 inches of our industrial strength polyester winch strap, and it comes with a storage capacity of approximately 15 feet. The heat-treated carbon steel frame has been galvanized with a protective zinc coating to help prevent any rust or corrosion to the winch, so it will be lasting you longer.

Welding galvanized material will form toxic fumes. Welding shall be done with adequate ventilation. Our winches are designed to meet North American Cargo Securement, CHP, WSTDA, Canadian 905 standards, and DOT regulations. The working load limit, manufactured date, and country of origin are stamped on the frame. All Kinedyne winches are produced as right-hand models.

Warning English:	WARNING: When tightening or loosening winches, always maintain a firm grip on the winch bar. Ensure load is stable before tightening or releasing tension in a strap assembly. Never release a winch bar without checking the pawl to ensure that it is fully engaged between ratchet teeth. Releasing a winch bar without the pawl being properly engaged may cause serious injury and/or death to the user or bystanders. The use of slip resistant handle winch bar, specifically designed to tighten or loosen winches, is recommended. Kinedyne winch bars (page 18) shall be used to tension and release winch tie down assemblies. Use of any unspecified leverage increasing device, such as a cheater bar, may generate enough force to break a piece of cargo control equipment during installation, release, or while in transit. The release of energy when a piece of cargo control equipment breaks may cause serious injury or death to the user and/or bystanders. User shall stand clear of the winch bar handle during operation of the winch bar in case the winch bar slips. The tip of the winch bar shall be inserted through both holes in the end cap to prevent the winch bar from “slipping out” and overloading the tip and/or end cap.Winches shall not be loaded in excess of their working load limit. Winches shall not be used as a pulling or lifting device. A minimum of 12” of webbing shall be inserted through the slot with a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) wraps on the winch mandrel. CAUTION: Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel will reduce the working load limit of the winch. WARNING: Welding galvanized material will form toxic fumes. Il est de la responsabilité de l’opérateur d’assurer l’utilisation du bon nombre et genre de courroie d’arrimage pour le type de cargaison étant sécurisée. PRECAUCIÓN: El enrollado excesivo de la correa en el eje mandril, reduce la carga límite de trabajo del malacate. ADVERTENCIA: Soldar material galvanizado producirá humos tóxicos.
