Sometimes the tie down job calls for a durable Winch Strap. Sometimes the tie down job calls for a strong cable. Instead of wasting time and energy switching winches, why not just install one that can be used with both? Kinedyne's Combination Strap and Cable Storable Sliding Double L Winch is designed for just that. This handy and convenient winch can be used with both a Winch Strap and a cable to give you more variety and flexibility for your tie down job. When used with a Strap, the working load limit of the winch is 5,500 Lbs. / 2,500 Kgs.; when used with a cable, the working load limit is 3,335 Lbs. / 1,515 Kgs.

Constructed from heat-treated carbon steel, this winch is built with the strength you need to securely tie down your important cargo with little effort. Our Combination Strap and Cable Storable Sliding Double L Winch is designed to move easily in both directions along our Winch Track, offering a more versatile and efficient securement method. Pick where you want the tie down to be, then operate the winch to tension the Strap or cable. With the tension applied, the winch locks firmly in place. This winch can also store about 30 feet of excess webbing.

Kinedyne winches are engineered in order to comply with North American Cargo Securement, CHP, WSTDA, Canadian 905 standards, and DOT regulations. The working load limit, country of origin, and manufactured date are printed on the frames in accordance to North American Regulations. Remember to ensure that the load is stable before tightening or releasing tension in a strap assembly.

Warning English:	WARNING: When tightening or loosening winches, always maintain a firm grip on the winch bar. Ensure load is stable before tightening or releasing tension in a strap assembly. Never release a winch bar without checking the pawl to ensure that it is fully engaged between ratchet teeth. Releasing a winch bar without the pawl being properly engaged may cause serious injury and/or death to the user or bystanders. The use of slip resistant handle winch bar, specifically designed to tighten or loosen winches, is recommended. Kinedyne winch bars (page 18) shall be used to tension and release winch tie down assemblies. Use of any unspecified leverage increasing device, such as a cheater bar, may generate enough force to break a piece of cargo control equipment during installation, release, or while in transit. The release of energy when a piece of cargo control equipment breaks may cause serious injury or death to the user and/or bystanders. User shall stand clear of the winch bar handle during operation of the winch bar in case the winch bar slips. The tip of the winch bar shall be inserted through both holes in the end cap to prevent the winch bar from “slipping out” and overloading the tip and/or end cap.Winches shall not be loaded in excess of their working load limit. Winches shall not be used as a pulling or lifting device. A minimum of 12” of webbing shall be inserted through the slot with a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) wraps on the winch mandrel. CAUTION: Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel will reduce the working load limit of the winch. WARNING: Welding galvanized material will form toxic fumes. Welding shall be done with adequate ventilation.

Un mínimo de 12¨ de correa debe ser pasadas a través de la ranura del mandril, con un mínimo de dos (2) y unmáximo de cuatro (4) vueltas sobre este. PRECAUCIÓN: El enrollado excesivo de la correa en el eje mandril, reduce la carga límite de trabajo del malacate. ADVERTENCIA: Soldar material galvanizado producirá humos tóxicos.
