Once installed, Kaptive Beams can be used to create a second floor within the trailer, resulting in a significant increase in load capacity. This in turn reduces the number of trips that need to be made and the amount of equipment that needs to be used. With the Beams creating a strong and sturdy deck, stacking cargo on top of each other is no longer necessary, reducing damaged freight expenses. Result: increased productivity and profitability.

We've designed our Kaptive Beam Track with an emphasis on strength and reduction of friction and wear, reducing the wear and tear on the Beams' Head Assembly while increasing the Track's durability and lifetime expectancy.

Our Kaptive Beam Track is manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy for maximum strength and durability. The wider flange allows the Track to be surface mounted in sheet & post trailers or surface mounted in a composite walled trailer. Refrigerated trailers can also benefit from our Kaptive Beam System with proper modifications to support structure.

Alternating "A" track slots and Kaptive Beam locking slots create a very versatile installation. The Kaptive Beam will lock into either shaped slot, while Logistic Straps and standard "E" beams may be used for additional load restraint, allowing for a variety of cargo securement methods.
