This Ratchet acts in place of a Fixed End thanks to the sturdy hook located at the end of the Ratchet that offers easy anchoring to your vehicle's attachment point. When the hook is attached, work the Ratchet back and forth until you reach optimal tensioning. This zinc plated 1 3/4" Standard Handle Ratchet with Hook End is made from heat-treated carbon steel for extra strength.
