The straps are made with a very flexible and very strong webbing that has been tightly weaved with a polyester thread to avoid over stretching the strap so that it maintains its elasticity for longer.
Not only do these straps provide efficient securement for your enclosed trailer load, but they also help open up more usable space in the trailer. Using these straps to secure the load to the wall allows you to free up more space within the trailer, offering even more room to store more cargo, effectively reducing the amount of time it takes to load or unload the cargo and the number of trips needed to be made to deliver the whole shipment.
Engineered using a combination of strong webbing with durable hardware, these Logistic Straps are strong enough to handle nearly any kind of tie down job with cargo of different sizes and shapes. The adjustable ends of the straps are sewn captivated to help prevent pieces of hardware from falling off or going missing. The fixed ends of the straps are 4 inches as standard. Our Logistic Straps are available in various sizes: 1 3/4" and 2" widths with 12’, 16’, or 20’ lengths.
Securing the load is very simple. All you need to do is clip whatever end fitting you have into the appropriate Logistic Track, wind the strap over the load, and then clip the other end securely into either the same track or another track. Next, work the tensioning device, whether it’s the Ratchet or the Cam Buckle, until the strap is nice and tensioned. That’s all you need to do to keep your cargo firmly held in place against the wall or to the trailer floor.
Our Logistic Straps are color coded by length: 12’ Straps are gold, 16’ Straps are gray, and 20’ Straps are blue. Each of these straps is equipped with a pair of durable end fittings designed to easily handle the tie down job. These fittings are designed to establish and keep a reliable grip on the Logistic Track in order to work with the webbing and the tensioning device to create a solid hold over the cargo. Ratchet Logistic Straps
Ratchet Logistic Straps provide a strong tie down job with minimal effort and are the ideal tool to use for the tougher securement jobs that deal with heavy-duty cargo. Equipped with extra durable end fittings that can be used with nearly any Logistic Track, these straps provide a strong and reliable connection that can be used to secure nearly any kind of load.
In order to make the tie down job even easier, we have our 811 Standard Ratchet Handle. Ratchets provide significant strength while offering optimal leverage to help with tensioning the tightly weaved polyester webbing. This webbing is manufactured to offer you the tightest hold over the cargo for a reliable tie down job. It’s designed for both flexibility and strength as it easily wraps around the cargo to provide efficient coverage and holding power.
Cam Buckle Logistic Straps
Cam Buckle Logistic Straps provide a fast and reliable way to secure the load within the inside of the trailer. Easy to assemble and easy to use, these straps are equipped with the right kind of hardware that complements the strength of our tightly weaved polyester webbing. We carry Logistic Straps with end fittings designed for Series E, A, or F Tracks to provide you with maximum flexible security for different trailers.
These Logistic Straps are equipped with our lightweight and durable 910 Cam Buckle, which is made from heat-treated carbon steel for enhanced security. Cam Buckles are easier to maneuver than other tensioning devices, and they help prevent the webbing from being over-tensioned, which could potentially cause some damage to the load. They’re best used for securing cargo such as glass and drywall.
K-FORCE Logistic Straps
To help with the extra heavy-duty tie down jobs, we offer our industrial strength K-FORCE webbing, which has a working load limit of 1,500 Lbs. / 680 Kgs., a 50 percent increase compared to the standard 1,000 Lbs. / 454 Kgs. rating. These straps are available in three lengths: 12’, 16’, and 20’ to help with different sized cargo. The webbing is designed to easily handle the tougher securement jobs without sacrificing any of its strength or durability, maintaining a high performance throughout its lifespan.
The K-FORCE Logistic Straps are engineered to take on tougher jobs with enhanced durability giving them the strength they need to hold heavier items in place as they’re being transported to their destination. To make the job even easier, we’ve equipped our Logistic Straps with hardware that’s strong enough to match the strength of the webbing. This includes a pair of durable Spring Loaded Series E or A Fittings that provides quick and easy attachment to a Series E or A Logistic Track along with a strong 811 Standard Handle Ratchet, which provides effortless tensioning. With all of these parts working together to create a reliable grip on the cargo, you’ll be able to drive comfortably knowing that your load is in good hands.
