Logistic Track

Logistic Tracks transform your trailer’s walls and floors into solid and secure anchor points that can be used to reliably tie down different cargo. The tracks have a very simple design that’s easy to use, so they minimize the effort it takes to secure a load. ... They can be used with Logistic Straps, Logistic Beams, and Logistic Bars to create a stabilized hold over important cargo while utilizing the most of the trailer’s space. We carry all these different types of securement methods, but first you’ll need these tracks installed in order to experience strong and durable security.

Tracks can be attached with screws, rivets, or welding. Specific fastener size and/or mounting method should be determined by the vehicle manufacturer or a qualified installer. Care should be taken to ensure that installation environments and materials do not create a potential for corrosion. Logistic Tracks must be attached to securing points of equal or greater strength to maintain the established working load limits of associated track products.

Series E or A Logistic Tracks both provide solid securement for your tie down job, able to hold down nearly any type of cargo. Built to last, these durable tracks are available for either horizontal or vertical applications, offering a versatile tie down job anytime you need it.

Series F Logistic Tracks can be used for flush mounting in the floor, which is ideal for any tie down job involving vehicles or wheeled items. Lightweight and durable, they come in two different sizes to accommodate different tie down jobs.

Series L Tracks are the most commonly used floor anchoring products in vehicle conversions (layout/configuration). Their ease of installation, light weight, and superior strength make them a natural choice for anchoring motorcycle, snowmobile, or ATV securements, seats to vehicle floors, and product to walls of converted vans.

Inserting the right end fittings or anchor points into the tracks is so simple that it only takes seconds to hook them in there, saving you time for the rest of the tie down job. Whatever track you choose depends mostly on the type, weight, size, etc. of the cargo that is frequently transported as well as the preferred method of securement. Our tracks each serve a purpose, and each of these tracks is designed to provide optimal security with very little effort.

Kinedyne 101: A Guide to Logistic Track

Logistic Track 101 is part of the Kinedyne Education Series of introductory videos created by Kinedyne LLC. This series of videos is designed to teach the basics of cargo securement products: what they are, what they are used for, and how to choose the right tools for the job and more.

Series E Logistic Tracks

Series E Logistic TrackSeries E Logistic Tracks bring great versatility to your trailer. Very easy to install, they work with either Logistic Straps or Logistic Beams to create a strong and secure hold over your cargo. The slots in the track offer a strong securement point for efficient tie down jobs. We offer these tracks in a painted or galvanized finish, in 5’ or 10’ length, and in horizontal or vertical style. Horizontal tracks are best used for securing cargo to the trailer walls. Since the slots run parallel to each other, they offer a strong support system to help tie down the load using Logistic Straps. Vertical tracks are best used with our Logistic Beams to either create a strong barrier between different loads or to create a double deck to store more cargo. Series E Logistic Straps and Beams can also be used with Series A Tracks.

Series A Logistic Tracks

Series A Logistic TrackVery similar to Series E Logistic Tracks, our Series A Logistic Tracks are built to last and are more than ready to keep a firm and solid hold over your important cargo. Offering strong support, these durable tracks can withstand some of the heavier loads as they work with Logistic Straps and Logistic Beams to keep the load stable throughout the trip. There are many different Series A Logistic Tracks to choose from. They’re either 5 feet or 10 feet long; horizontal or vertical; and painted or galvanized. We also have a lightweight aluminum Series A Track as well as a heavy-duty Series A Track for those who deal more with tougher jobs. Series A Logistic Straps and Beams can also be used with Series E Tracks.

Series F Logistic Tracks

Series F Logistic TrackWe carry two different sized Series F Logistic Tracks: the 3/4" Hole USA Logistic Track and the 1" Hole Canadian Logistic Track. These tracks can be used either vertically or horizontally, making them the more versatile choice for securement. The Series F 1" Tracks can be easily installed anywhere in the trailer for nearly any tie down job that requires reliable security. Available in either aluminum or steel, we have Series F 3/4" Tracks that can be used for flush mounting in the trailer floor. This is especially helpful for vehicle tie down jobs because the track does not interfere with the vehicle’s tires, allowing them to smoothly roll over the track for easy placement and even easier securement.

Series L Logistic Tracks

Series L Logistic TrackOur Series L Logistic Tracks are ideal to use in trailers where space is limited. They provide efficient security for tighter tie down spaces thanks to their narrow frame and secure anchor points. Kinedyne Medium-Duty Series L Tracks are made from 6061-T6 or equivalent aluminum alloy and is offered in 100" (2.5m) standard lengths, pre-drilled every 4 inches for easy installation. We offer three types of Series L Tracks for different applications. The regular track can be surface or flush mounted for versatility and common tie down jobs. The recessed/flanged track is for flush mounted installations, mostly used with seat securement jobs. The surface angled track is mostly used to secure recreational vehicles since the wheels don’t get caught on the track.

Logistic Track End Caps

Logistic Track End CapLeaving the sharp ends of these tracks exposed can prove to be quite hazardous to cargo. Our Logistic Track End Caps are our simple solution to this too common problem. We have End Caps for Series E or A Tracks as well as End Caps for our Series L Aluminum Flanged Tracks and our FE751-01-PD4 Series L Tracks. These handy caps are designed to make those sharp edges disappear, covering them up with a protective surface that prevents cargo from snagging on them. Installation is quick and simple, and once these End Caps are installed, they give the track an overall professionally finished look. We offer our End Caps individually or in a package of four for your convenience.
