Replacement Beam Heads

Logistic Beam Replacement Heads What’s a Logistic Beam without its strong and durable head? We have a Replacement Beam Head for every type of Logistic Beam. This includes a steel head for our Series E Steel Beams as well as an aluminum head for our Extra Heavy-Duty Aluminum Beams. These can be easily installed onto the right beams to make them as good as new.

Our KwikLatch Beam Head Assembly is also available as a replacement part. Additionally, these KwikLatch Beam Heads can be retrofitted to existing Series FE8066 and Series FE8000 Beams that were purchased prior to the KwikLatch becoming standard. This way, you can experience the ease and efficiency of this beam head without having to purchase a whole new Logistic Beam.

Replacement Attaching Pins

An essential component to any repair job, our Replacement Attaching Pins are available for both aluminum and steel beams. They’re used to attach the beam head assembly to the rest of the beam. It’s what helps hold the head assembly to the rest of the beam, giving it the strength to hold onto the Logistic Track with all its might. Be sure to have a few extra on hand so you’re ready to make repairs as soon as they are needed.

Replacement Low Profile 3/8" UNC Nut

Standard Winch Bar We get it. Nuts are tiny. They’re so small that if one gets dropped, it’s more than likely lost forever. Be prepared with a number of our Replacement Low Profile 3/8" UNC Nuts to help with your repair jobs. Use this nut to easily attach the rest of the head assembly to the whole beam.

Trigger Repair Kit

Our Extra Heavy-Duty Aluminum Beam requires a few more parts than our standard and heavy-duty beams to give it the strength it needs to easily take on the extra heavy-duty jobs. This Trigger Repair Kit includes a trigger, spring, and pin that are needed to attach the beam head assembly to the rest of the beam. Very easy to install, you have exactly what you need to get the beam back in shape so that it can handle the tough jobs.

Replacement Cargo Hoop Set for Beams

Replacement Hoop Set For help taking care of the larger or smaller packages, we have our Replacement Cargo Hoop Set available for our Series FE8066 and Series FE8000 Beams. Very simple to install, the hoop set comes with two hoops and all the necessary hardware to attach the hoop to the beam. Use this configuration to keep those differently sized loads firmly in place throughout the trip.
