System with the highest standards, using only high-quality materials and components to engineer a captive beam system that can make your cargo control job so much easier and smoother.

With this system installed, you’ll be able to create a reliable second deck within the trailer in order to boost cargo capacity, supporting up to 500 pounds per linear foot. This effectively reduces the number of trips needed to be made to deliver the whole load. Since the beams can be stored at ceiling level, there’s no need to constantly remove and reinstall them, eliminating a lot of wasted time and labor.

Along with creating a sturdy and durable second deck for your heavy-duty cargo, the system’s beams can also be used for shoring applications. Keep your loads separated and organized with the strength of our beams as they prevent cargo from knocking into each other or toppling over, which helps improve profitability by reducing claims related to damaged freight.

Kinedyne K1 Kaptive Beams

The K1 Kaptive Beams are manufactured from high-strength, heat-treated aluminum alloy that is used in the system track. Kinedyne offers two types of beams: an economical standard duty beam and a heavy-duty beam so that you can customize the system to fit your cargo needs. The beams can be adjusted from 90" to 100" for 96" trailers or from 97" to 107" for 102" trailers. The head assembly, which attaches to the Kaptive Beam, is manufactured from a high-strength, heat-treated carbon steel. This head assembly has a spring-loaded trigger mechanism that locks the beam into the desired track slot easily.

Kinedyne Aluminum K1 Kaptive Beam Tracks

K1 Kaptive Beam Track The system track is manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy. With a wider flange, the track is designed to allow for easy installation into most trailer configurations. The system track can be flush mounted into the walls of the trailer or surface mounted in standard or plate trailers. The system can also be built into refrigerated trailers with proper modifications to support structure. The track contains both long and short slots that allow for greater versatility. These slots can accommodate the Kinedyne Kaptive Beams as well as Series E or A Logistic Beams and Logistic Straps if you’re looking to add even more versatility to your securement job. We offer these tracks as single row or double row.

Kinedyne K1 Kaptive Beam Accessories

Kinedyne K1 Kaptive Beam Accessories Complete your K1 Kaptive Beam System’s overall look with our End Caps. These end pieces easily fit over the edge of a K1 Kaptive Beam Single Track or Double Track to act as a layer of protection as it prevents cargo from snagging on the tracks’ sharp edges. Not only that, but it also gives the whole system a more professionally finished look. There’s also a Top Cap for tracks that are positioned near the top of the trailer’s roll-up door, preventing either from getting damaged by the other.

Positioning the K1 Kaptive Beams is a lot easier with our handy Release Pole. This easy-to-use extension makes maneuvering these beams a lot less stressful, giving you more control over the entire system. Use the pole for when you need to place the beams high up or when it’s time to either store or retrieve the beams from their ceiling position. We also carry a convenient Mounting Bracket that is designed to hold the Release Pole whenever you’re not using it, making sure that it’s within reach whenever it’s needed.

And, of course, we have a K1 Kaptive Beam Instruction Label available for you. This label is covered in a strong adhesive so that it can be permanently fixed to whatever spot you need it the most. The easy-to-follow instructions will be on hand whenever you need a quick reminder or when it’s time to train the new guy.

K1 Kaptive Beam Replacement Parts

K1 Kaptive Beam Replacement Parts From individual head components to the nuts and bolts, we have everything needed to make any quick repair to a damaged K1 Kaptive Beam. The head assembly is designed in a way that it can be taken apart easily for repair or replacement. We have the complete head assembly available, or, if there’s only a certain part that’s been damaged, we carry all the individual pieces needed, including the locking head, head insert, nut, bolt, or a complete head installation hardware kit that includes everything. Repairs are made easier with these components on hand.
